Gabriella’s PIzza has been serving hot pies since 2017 with flagships in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, and San Diego. Our signature pizzas are classically made New York style thin crust pizzas all prepared with an artisan finish. We bake our pizza the traditional way using deck ovens giving them the best flavor. All of our dough is always hand stretched just like in any traditional NY pizzeria. Our homemade sauce uses San Marzano tomatoes with a slightly sweet finish to balance out the richness from our ultra premium blend of mozzarella cheese. Toppings? Everything we use on a pie is strictly the highest quality, from our pepperoni avail in both regular and cupped style to our vegan cheese if that’s how you roll. Our goal remains unchanged since day one, to serve delicious food by preserving classic pizza and elevating just enough to delight our customers.
